August-September 2019: Pop-up versions of the National Archives exhibit Rightfully Hers will be distributed to 75 venues across California—including schools, libraries, museums, and community sites—to be displayed for the centennial.
Permanent Exhibit: “Marching Towards Empowerment” at the California Women’s Museum.
August 11, 2019: “She’s History!”: A Play About Women Who Make and Made History, a performance drawing on diaries, letters, publications, and biographies and combining theater, history, multimedia, audience interaction, and good old-fashioned story telling.
November 9, 2019: “California Votes for Women: A Golden State Suffrage Celebration Hosted by California First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom,” a day commemorating California women’s suffrage with free/reduced admission and special activities at the California Museum.
