August-September 2019: Pop-up versions of the National Archives exhibit Rightfully Hers will be distributed to 4 venues across Colorado—including schools, libraries, museums, and community sites—to be displayed for the centennial.
August 13, 2019 and September 10, 2019: Colorado Women’s Vote Centennial Collaborative Meeting, a meeting for interested organizations and groups to help plan Colorado women’s suffrage centennial commemoration efforts
August 26, 2019: Women’s Equality Day with History Colorado, activities commemorating the passage of the 19th Amendment at the Center for Colorado Women’s History at Byers-Evans House.
August 26, 2019: Lasting Legacies: Great Women of the San Luis Valley, a Women’s Equality Day presentation at the Fort Garland Museum exploring the history of the San Luis Valley through the lens of influential and inspiring women.
September 5, 2019 and November 14, 2019: Salon Series at the Molly Brown House Museum, women’s history and suffrage-related discussions focused on social activism, transitional justice, and community involvement.
November 7, 2019: We Will Not Be Denied - 1340 Penn/After Hours, a women’s suffrage debate at the Molly Brown House Museum.
August 26, 2019: Carrie Clyde Holly Quasquincentennial Tea, a Nineteenth-Century Tea celebrating the 125th anniversary of the election of Carrie Clyde Holly, one of the first two women elected to the Colorado Legislature.
