August-September 2019: Pop-up versions of the National Archives exhibit Rightfully Hers will be distributed to 22 venues across the Indiana—including schools, libraries, museums, and community sites—to be displayed for the centennial.
August 26, 2019: 2019 Women’s Equality Day March, a march celebrating the passage of the 19th Amendment.
The Indiana Women’s Suffrage Centennial Commission was formed by House Enrolled Act No. 1394 in April 2019.
The Indiana Women’s Suffrage Centennial collaborative, founded by the Indiana Humanities, the Indianapolis Propylaeum, the Indiana Historical Society, and the Indiana Historical Bureau, provides a platform to find Indiana events and educational resources related to the centennial of the 19th Amendment.
